Trenton Arnold - Workers' Comp & Personal Injury
Prior to joining Petersen, Parkinson and Arnold, PLLC, I spent nearly a decade managing a 2000-acre vacation ranch. As a property manager I worked hard year-round providing upkeep to the property working alongside any seasonal hired help. I also participated with the owners on the business side of the ranch and vacation property. As a result, I was able to gain a wide breadth of experience in a variety of areas including construction, irrigation, landscaping, agriculture, and livestock. I was on call 24 hours a day, seven days a week. I enjoyed the work, but after nearly ten years I decided it was time for a change.
I joined the firm as a legal assistant in 2021 and earned my bachelor’s degree from BYU-Idaho online at night and on the weekends while working full-time. After that I earned my law degree from the University of Idaho in 2024. Now, as an attorney, I utilize my past experience as blue-collar worker to specialize in cases involving injured workers and personal injuries. Suffering a few workplace injuries myself, I am able to put myself in the shoes of our clients and work hard to ensure they get the benefits they are owed and deserve.
Outside of the office I like to play or watch sporting events, working around the house with my hands, and riding my dirt bike. But most of all I enjoy spending time with my wife and five sons.
