Brad Parkinson - Social Security Disability Specialist
Navigating the world of Social Security Disability Benefits can be a confusing time filled with many questions. The Social Security Administration denies many claims that should be paid. Hiring a lawyer that can help you through the complicated maze of the Social Security Administration bureaucracy is essential to receiving the maximum amount of benefits available.
As one of the founding partners of Petersen, Parkinson & Arnold, PLLC, I have represented thousands of disabled clients throughout Idaho in Social Security Disability Law, Workers’ Compensation, and Personal Injury claims, doing whatever application, legal process or appeal is necessary for a successful claim. Through my 27 years of experience, I have found great satisfaction in helping clients win their cases and giving them the news of a favorable decision. For many, disability benefits are essential to survival. I take that responsibility seriously. I grew up an Idaho farm boy, and have a reputation for being hardworking, honest and straightforward. I have a great staff who all have great knowledge of the Social Security Disability process. We do what we can to provide you with a more personalized experience.
My wife, Michelle, and I have been married for 38 years and have 6 children and 14 grandchildren. We enjoy spending time with our family. When I’m not busy winning your case, I may also be found on the football field as an assistant coach for the local High School team, fly fishing, or going for an afternoon drive in this beautiful state with Michelle. We love it here.
