Introducing: Trenton Arnold, Workers’ Comp and Personal Injury Attorney

Peterson, Parkinson and Arnold is proud to introduce our newest Workers’ Comp and Personal Injury attorney, Trenton Arnold!

Congratulations are in order for Trenton, already a familiar face around the firm to many of our clients, who received his Juris Doctor (JD) from the University of Idaho last year and most recently passed the February Bar Exam, has successfully joined the Idaho State Bar as a practicing attorney.

He’s worked diligently to get where he is now, and we know he’ll be a great asset to our team, further extending our ability to help those who are suddenly experiencing a life-changing accident or workplace injuries.

Trenton is an amazing example of what can happen when someone takes the initiative, puts in the work, and stays committed to a goal. He first began his journey at PPA in 2021 as a legal assistant learning the ropes. While working full-time, he devoted his spare time to taking classes at night (and on weekends!) to earn a Bachelor of Science in Applied Business Management from BYU-Idaho.

Trenton’s role as an advocate is a job he doesn’t take lightly. He understands that we often meet our clients at the toughest moments of their life, and unfortunately, many clients don’t fully understand how Idaho’s workers’ compensation system works, or realize what benefits are statutorily available. At Petersen, Parkinson and Arnold, our goal is to help clients successfully navigate the legal process and gain the best possible outcome. Trenton’s passion for educating clients and helping them obtain ALL the benefits they are owed makes him a perfect fit.
