Having Doug join the ranks of Petersen, Parkinson & Arnold, Accident and Injury Attorneys this year will have an immeasurable yet profound impact; adding another layer of depth and expertise in our role as Idaho’s premier workplace injury, workplace accidents, workers compensation and Social Security Disability focused firm.  “We’re excited to share this ability to handle more of these specialized compensatory cases with everyone!” said James C. Based in our Magic Valley office, his 35 years legal experience in southeast Idaho bolsters our strength and empowers our clientele as a leader in workers’ compensation cases. Doug’s overarching strength is the perspective that he gained during his 20 years as a criminal prosecutor. The volume of serious criminal cases he’s seen unfold in the courtroom is impressive.
